the hotel design included waterfalls and plants. these elements created a relaxing atmosphere. there were also good dining options. the breakfast offered many choices and a wide selection of food.
the customer service was not great. staff acted rudely and delayed assistance. extra towels at the pool were difficult to get. the cabana pool's surface felt too hard and i hurt myself.

I found several issues . The breakfast service ended abruptly. A server removed my plate as I was still eating. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and room service required repeated calls. The overall service quality was quite poor for a hotel of this price.
