I found the employees to be super nice. i experienced total comfort . the venue was well-kept. It elevated my holiday. the buffet breakfast was AMAZING!!!
some towels had tattered edges. the room service seemed not great.

The club room king offered a spacious layout, it had great sea views. i found the breakfast buffet had many options and everything was fresh. the staff were helpful. They quickly addressed requests.
The bathroom fixtures in my room showed some wear. They could benefit from updating to match the overall standard. it was slightly bothersome.

A decent stay with some issues

The hotel's location was convenient near the sea. The multiple pools were a highlight and I especially liked the lagoon pool near the bar. The surface of that pool was soft.
I found some issues with customer service. The staff seemed rude. When I requested extra towels at the pool, they told me to return after 30 minutes. The surface of other pools was hard and I hurt myself.

the location is excellent. the hotel grounds feature beautiful gardens. the lobby is beautiful (the atrium is excellent). the staff was friendly and helpful. i also enjoyed the breakfast. the variety was great.

the hotel design included waterfalls and plants. these elements created a relaxing atmosphere. there were also good dining options. the breakfast offered many choices and a wide selection of food.
the customer service was not great. staff acted rudely and delayed assistance. extra towels at the pool were difficult to get. the cabana pool's surface felt too hard and i hurt myself.

I found several issues . The breakfast service ended abruptly. A server removed my plate as I was still eating. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and room service required repeated calls. The overall service quality was quite poor for a hotel of this price.
